The Right 2 Redress Application is operated by Reclaim My Money Limited (trading as Right 2 Redress), an authorised Claims Management Company regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 934965) and registered under the Data Protection Act 2018 (reference ZB630486).

When you proceed to the Right 2 Redress Application, your use of that application (and any claim you submit there) is governed by Reclaim My Money Limited's own terms, privacy policy and cookies policy.

Fees and key disclosures (as stated on the Right 2 Redress Application): fees may be 18%–36% (incl. VAT) of compensation; you can cancel within 14 days; if you terminate after 14 days, a termination fee may apply; using a claims management company does not guarantee a faster or better outcome; you can also claim for free via your lender or the Financial Ombudsman Service, or via a compensation scheme expected to launch in 2026.

We may receive referral fees for customer introductions, in line with applicable rules and disclosures.
